1. Return & Returns Guidelines

While customer satisfaction is our goal, we do not offer an open return policy. We reserve the authority to deny any return or exchange request that does not strictly meet the criteria outlined below.

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only considered if the item arrives damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered.
  • Mandatory Video Proof: To maintain the integrity of our products, videographic evidence of the unboxing is mandatory. This video is required for our team to verify the condition of the item and the packaging upon arrival. Without this video, we cannot process any claims. The submission of this video is a non-negotiable prerequisite.
  • Timeline: You must submit your request within four (04) days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be sent back in their original, unaltered state, including all original certifications and packaging. Any signs of tampering with the stone or its certificates will result in an immediate rejection of the request.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: We stand behind our quality. If you have concerns regarding a gemstone’s authenticity, you may have it tested at an internationally recognized or Government-certified gemological institute (ISO certified). If such an institute officially classifies the stone as synthetic or artificial, you are eligible for a 100% refund or exchange.

2. Costs & Logistics

  • Shipping & Duties: All shipping fees, courier charges, VAT, and import duties are non-refundable.
  • Reverse Pickup: Urukram.in does not provide reverse pickup services. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and bearing all associated costs. These expenses cannot be claimed as credits or refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the spiritual integrity and energetic purity of our products, we uphold a strict non-returnable policy for certain categories. Unless they arrive with proven transit damage, the following items are excluded from returns:

  • Energetic Purity Clause: Any product intended to be worn on the body (including rings, pendants, and necklaces) is considered “polluted” once it has been worn. Because these natural stones and metals absorb the wearer’s personal energy, the spiritual frequency of the item is altered; therefore, any item that has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bespoke & Customized Jewelry: Any piece specifically designed or altered for you.
  • Beaded Bracelets and Crystal Trees: Items composed of natural crystals and beads.
  • Spiritual Wearables & Traditions: Including Rakhis and other sacred threads.
  • Personalized Fittings: Any rings, jewelry, or bracelets crafted to a specific size or individual measurements.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical vouchers.
  • Standard Orders: Any product that is delivered in full accordance with the description provided at the time of purchase.

Important Note: We go to great lengths to ensure our products reach you in a state of high vibration and purity. By wearing a product, you accept it as your own, and it becomes ineligible for return to our inventory.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and passes our internal quality inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Source Account Only: To comply with financial regulations and prevent fraud, refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are typically credited within 10–12 working days, though this may vary based on bank processing times or holidays.
  • Prepaid Orders: Credits to cards or net banking accounts usually reflect within 5–7 working days post-approval.
  • COD Orders: No COD option available at the moment.

5. Important Exclusions

We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply no longer want the item or dislike the style.
  • Minor Variations: Natural stones often have slight variations in color, internal inclusions, or size compared to digital photos. These are characteristics of natural products and not defects.
  • Packaging: Minor scuffs on outer packaging that do not affect the product itself.

6. Order Cancellations

At Urukram.in, we move quickly to process your orders. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been successfully placed.

7. Delayed Refunds

If a refund is not visible in your account:

  1. Verify your bank statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as “posting” times vary between institutions.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the funds, contact us at support@urukram.in.

8. Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Final Sale: Any items bought during a “Sale” or at a discounted price are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Defective Exchanges: If an item is defective, contact support@urukram.in within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Approved exchanges must be shipped to original source.
