We reserve the authority to deny any return or exchange request that does not strictly meet the criteria outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Returns or exchanges are only considered if the item arrives <strong>damaged during transit<\/strong> or if the <strong>wrong product<\/strong> was delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mandatory Video Proof:<\/strong> To maintain the integrity of our products, <strong>videographic evidence of the unboxing is mandatory<\/strong>. This video is required for our team to verify the condition of the item and the packaging upon arrival. Without this video, we cannot process any claims. The submission of this video is a non-negotiable prerequisite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> You must submit your request within <strong>four (04) days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> Items must be sent back in their original, unaltered state, including all original certifications and packaging. Any signs of tampering with the stone or its certificates will result in an immediate rejection of the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authenticity Guarantee:<\/strong> We stand behind our quality. If you have concerns regarding a gemstone&#8217;s authenticity, you may have it tested at an internationally recognized or Government-certified gemological institute (ISO certified). If such an institute officially classifies the stone as synthetic or artificial, you are eligible for a <strong>100% refund or exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Costs &amp; Logistics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shipping &amp; Duties:<\/strong> All shipping fees, courier charges, VAT, and import duties are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reverse Pickup:<\/strong> <strong>Urukram.in<\/strong> does not provide reverse pickup services. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and bearing all associated costs. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
